Actually, it was the Village Boards refusal to act. <br /><br />My whole life changed the day Bob Packham signed the authority for 550 apartments on Ontarioville Rd to become HUD (section 8) funded for individuals who were being thrown out of the projects being torn down in the city. Most HUD homes are a contract between homeowners and the County; the Village has no control over that issue. We have initiated an Ordinance to inspect all rental residential last year at my persistence.
